Magnolia Residence

Architectural Style: Modern Farmhouse
The Magnolia Project represents a thoughtful transformation of a cherished childhood home into a timeless Modern Farmhouse. The design blends tradition with innovation through details such as steep 12:12 metal roofs transitioning to softer 3:12 pitches, custom double-gable brackets, and arch-shaped Douglas fir beams.
A detached arched louvered carport defines the front approach, while the expansive rear deck features brick bases with quad columns and dramatic arched beams, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor connection. Centered on the deck, an outdoor fireplace framed by an arched louvered structure provides both warmth and architectural rhythm.
From cased openings and detailed trim work to exaggerated beam extensions and refined structural accents, every element was designed to create a unique and elegant residence.
At Bayrock, we know remarkable projects are the result of collaboration. The success of Magnolia is credited to the vision of the homeowner, the skill of the general contractor, and the artistry of the interior and landscape teams who brought this design to life.
